01

START WITH THE OFFERED OPTIONS

What can you personalize?

Our current clothing product is a white photo-print hoodie. The examples below describe its available options; future garments may offer different choices.

01

Your pet photo

Upload a clear picture of one pet. The portrait is printed on the hoodie; this product is not embroidered.

02

An optional pet name

Add the pet name if you want wording with the portrait. Check the spelling before submitting your order.

03

Size and garment color

Choose S, M or L. White is currently the only color; check actual measurements with us if letter sizing is not enough to decide.

FIND YOUR EVERYDAY FIT

Choose the garment first.

HOODIES

A familiar layer, made personal.

A hood, long sleeves and a front pocket give the portrait a particular place to sit. Start with a hoodie if it is already part of the way you dress.

Crewneck sweatshirt

A simpler neckline without a hood. Compare the actual cut and measurements rather than assuming it fits like a hoodie.

T-shirt

A lighter garment with a different outline. Consider how much of the portrait will show when you wear it under another layer.

03

UNDERSTAND THE FINISH

Photo print or embroidery?

The same photo can lead to very different designs. Our current hoodie uses a photo print.

Photo printing

A photographic treatment can preserve coat colors, expressions and fine visual detail. Judge the actual example layout and the product description.

Check the portrait crop, print position and available name option.

Embroidery

A portrait built from thread needs its own interpretation. Ask which facial details are retained and how the design is simplified.

Only choose embroidery when it is explicitly offered for that product.

04

YOUR PERSONALIZATION BRIEF

Turn the idea into a clear order.

A good brief separates the image you provide from the choices offered on the product. It also makes unanswered questions easier to spot before paying.

PHOTO + NAME + GARMENT

Bring the idea together.

Start with a clear photo and the exact name. Then check which garment and print options the product actually offers.

01

Keep the best source file

Use your original pet photo rather than a screenshot. Inspect the face at a larger view and leave room around identifying features.

02

Write the wording once, exactly

Decide whether you want the optional name. Check spelling, capitalization and whether the product’s example layout suits the wording.

03

Separate preferences from offered options

The current hoodie is White with a photo print. Ask about an unusual crop or layout before ordering instead of assuming a special request will be included.

PHOTO · FIT · TIME

Have these details ready before ordering.

01

The original photo and exact wording

Keep a clear original image, with facial details visible, and write the name exactly as you want it to appear.

02

A size decision you can explain

Compare a garment you already wear with the measurements for the item you are considering. Ask us if the required measurements are missing.

03

Your delivery date and address

Allow for production as well as transport. The current hoodie takes 3–4 business days to make, followed by an estimated 8–10 days of US air transit.
