Yes. You can use a clear photo of a cat or a dog for the Custom Pet Portrait Hoodie. The current hoodie personalization is for one pet per item.

The hoodie photo field accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Upload the original image when possible so the details of your pet’s face stay clear.

The pet portrait on this hoodie is printed. It is not embroidery. Check the individual product description for the decoration method when choosing other items.

Yes. The name field is optional. Leave it empty if you would like the portrait without a name. If you add a name, check its spelling before ordering; the hoodie name field accepts up to 16 characters.

The Custom Pet Portrait Hoodie currently comes in White, with sizes S, M, and L. The options shown on each product page apply to that product.

Yes. Choose the recipient’s size, add a suitable pet photo, and check the delivery address at checkout. Allow time for both production and shipping when planning around a birthday or another occasion.

Please allow 3–4 business days for customization and production of the hoodie before dispatch. This does not include shipping transit time. Other products may have different production times.

For the hoodie, Yanwen air shipping to the United States takes an estimated 8–10 days after dispatch, in addition to production time. These are estimated transit days, not a guaranteed arrival date. US domestic dispatch applies only to products explicitly marked as US stock.
