Where we ship
Our current hoodie delivery estimate is for orders to the United States. Availability for other destinations depends on the delivery options offered for your address at checkout.
Customization and production
Please allow 3–4 business days for customization and production of the Custom Pet Portrait Hoodie before dispatch. Production and shipping are separate stages. These production times apply to this hoodie; check the product page for other items.
Shipping to the United States
Yanwen air shipping for the hoodie takes an estimated 8–10 days after dispatch. This transit estimate does not include the 3–4 business days required for production. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping charges
All US orders qualify for free economy shipping. No minimum order value or coupon is required. Production and transit times remain separate.
Economy delivery services
We use an available economy delivery service for each shipment. The carrier can vary by product and dispatch location. Free shipping covers economy delivery; it does not include an express-service guarantee. The Yanwen air estimate on this page applies to the hoodie route described below.
Products dispatched within the US
US domestic dispatch applies only to products explicitly marked as US stock. The Yanwen estimate above should not be used as a domestic-delivery estimate. Check the individual product listing for its dispatch and delivery details.
Delivery addresses and order changes
Check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, and postal code before submitting an order. If you notice an error afterwards, request help promptly. Address changes depend on the stage of production and dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is on its way.
Delays and date-sensitive gifts
Production and transit can be affected by holidays, weather, carrier disruption, or a problem with the information supplied for an order. Allow time for both stages when ordering for a birthday or other occasion. The transit estimate begins when the parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Checking your order
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and billing email to check the store order status. This form is not a live carrier tracking service. If you have a carrier tracking number, use the carrier’s tracking service for transit updates.
