How do you customize and order?

Choose the size and upload your photo
Open the product page, select S, M or L in White, and upload a clear photo of your pet.

Add the name and check your selections
The pet name is optional. Check the image, spelling, size, delivery address and order total before completing checkout.

Allow for production, then shipping
Customization and production take 3–4 business days before dispatch. The US transit estimate starts once the parcel has been sent.
If you need a particular crop, layout or change, contact us before ordering to confirm what is possible. Do not assume an artwork approval round is included.

Can you change or return a custom order?
Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible
Email [email protected] with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether customization or production has started.

Wait for confirmation
Once work is underway, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. A request is confirmed only when we reply.
Returns and problems

Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, prefer another design, or selected the wrong size or personalization detail.

Damage, printing defects or wrong items
Email your order number, issue description and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review a confirmed fault or error for an appropriate remedy. Contact us before sending anything back.

How long does customization take before dispatch?
Please allow 3–4 business days for customization and production of the current hoodie. The estimated 8–10 days for US Yanwen air transit is a separate stage after dispatch.
Can I order embroidery or another color?
The current hoodie uses a photo print and is offered in White, in S, M and L. Embroidery and other colors are not options on this product.
Is one hoodie eligible for free shipping?
Yes. All US orders include free economy shipping, with no minimum order value or coupon required. Production and transit are separate stages.
Can I return it if I choose the wrong size?
Personalized items are not returnable for an incorrectly selected size or a change of mind. Check the size before ordering. Damage, defects and incorrectly supplied items are handled separately under the returns policy.
